Looking for a French-speaking guide in Borneo (Indonesia)

Hello, We’d like to take a cruise to see the orangutans and monkeys in Tanjung Puting National Park, CENTRAL KALIMANTAN, Borneo. There’ll be 2 adults and a 6-year-old child. A trip to Tanjung Puting never goes hand in hand with "cheap." Plus, in Indonesia—as elsewhere—having a French-speaking service drives up the price even more. From your question, I gather you’d like to cut costs a bit by organizing everything yourself in Pangkalan Bun: finding a boat and its captain + first mate, a guide (the best ones work for agencies), and a cook. Even when you factor in all expenses (salaries, fuel, food supplies, entrance fees, mooring tax, airport transfers, etc.), you’ll save little compared to booking through an agency—and it’ll take some time to arrange. From July to September, it’s peak tourist season for this trip, so finding a guide (even an English-speaking one) will be trickier.

Alright, I’ll scratch "cheap" off the list 😅. We’re going in August and want to book through an agency before we leave. We’re looking for agencies with French-speaking guides because our English is terrible. But if we can’t find one, we’ll settle for an English-speaking guide. Any contacts? Details? Thanks!
