Homestay accommodation in Kyushu

Hi fellow travelers! I’d like to do a homestay on a farm in the Oita region, Kyushu. The "farm stays" association’s address isn’t responding anymore. Would anyone have any info? Thanks

I suggest reaching out to the Oita Prefecture Tourism Office—they should be able to provide you with a list or the website for farm stays.

After searching for ages, you find what you're looking for! ;-) While digging around online, I finally found the email address for the "farm stay" association in Ajimu, Oita region. Here's the link: https://www.ajimu-ngt.jp/nouhaku_accept/ You need to speak Japanese on the phone, but email is easier with Google Translate. However, the registration form on their site doesn’t work.
