Information about La Palanche travel agency, Hanoi

We're planning a trip to Vietnam with La Palanche, a travel agency in Hanoi. If anyone here has used them, could you share your experience with this agency, please? Thanks

Hi there. First point: I haven’t traveled to Vietnam with this agency yet. But my next trip might be with them (my 12th). I find this agency really impressive in their approach to a more intimate Vietnam. Just a heads-up—previous agencies I’ve used were also great, but many stick to the must-see spots. The last one was amazing for helping me discover the country more deeply (my last 5 trips).

Even at tourism fairs in Paris and elsewhere, I found their catalog standout. The contacts I made confirmed they work with passionate, knowledgeable people. The guides are well-trained, and their team is always searching for new itineraries.

For my 13th trip, I’m putting them in competition with my last agency, which admitted they don’t know much about the little area near the Chinese border I want to explore.

La Palanche is an agency that’s caught my attention, and I’d travel with them with confidence. Just a reminder—this is just my personal feeling.
