Connecting at Hanoi Airport en route to Bangkok

Hi there, I’m traveling from Paris to Bangkok with a connection in Hanoi. My layover isn’t very long, so I’m a bit stressed about missing my second flight to Bangkok. To save time, could you tell me the route from the plane exit to the transfer desk? (Which floor, where exactly, etc.) And do I need to go through customs again? Thanks so much

No info on Hanoi Airport other than that, from what I remember, it's not a big airport. Anyway, you only have one ticket, so at worst, they're obliged to put you on the next flight. Not ideal, but it helps put the stress into perspective.

Hi, At Hanoi Airport, there’s only one international terminal and one domestic one. You’ll arrive at the international terminal, and you’ll just need to follow the "transfer" signs. There’ll be a security check, but no customs or immigration.

Your flight to Bangkok will be displayed, and you’ll just need to check the gate number. You’ll see it very clearly.

Hi, Luan summed up the situation perfectly—just double-check at departure that any luggage you have is properly checked through to Bangkok, as it should be. In Hanoi, follow the "transfer" signs and the instructions mentioned in their reply. Have a great trip!
