Train discount passes and cards in Italy

I’m looking for an economical way to travel by train in Italy (subscriptions, discount cards, etc.) for June 2025. There will be two of us—ages 7 and 74.

Hi there,

Traveling by train is already an economical way to get around Italy, since the fares are very reasonable. That's what we'll be doing (Milan, Parma, Mantua, Cremona). For example, a Milan-Parma ticket cost me 12 €.
