Where to listen to traditional music in Crete during a short stay?

I arrive in Heraklion on May 22nd and leave on the 27th. I’m ready to explore the island in search of great music—I’d have loved the chance to catch a Ross Daly or Stélios Pétrakis concert, but I’m sure there are plenty of other amazing musicians out there. Thanks in advance for your tips! :)
