Has the visa exemption returned to 30 days in Thailand?

Has it gone back to 30 days for visa exemption? Valid from when? And is a flight ticket mandatory for leaving the country? Thanks!

Hi there, I’m in the middle of planning my 2025-2026 trip and booking my flight tickets to India, but I’m really stuck when it comes to my Thailand detour. One month isn’t enough, two months is too much, and 40 or 45 days seems just right. But I’m already torn between going back to Thailand or exploring Cambodia or Vietnam.
