Sending passport after obtaining a U.S. visa

I got approval for my visa on May 16th. There’s a new provider handling passport delivery now, but when I submitted my application online, it was a different one—I’d already paid for delivery with them. Specifically, it was CSRA FRANCE SARL, 3-5 rue St Georges in Paris. I’d like to get a refund for that delivery, but there’s no way to reach the embassy, and I don’t have a phone number or email address to contact them. No, I went to the U.S. Embassy in Paris for my interview, and the visa was approved. I filled out my visa application online, and at the end of it, I chose and paid for passport delivery to my home by the company I mentioned in my post. But since then, the company has changed, so I had to get my passport sent by a different company and had to pay for delivery again. I wanted to get a refund for the first fees, but I can’t find CSRA’s contact details or reach the embassy.

Hello, I’ll chime in here. My daughter went directly to the U.S. Embassy to get a J1 visa as an au pair. Since we live in the south of France, she asked for it to be sent to our home. Between the time she applied for the visa online (and paid for delivery) and when the visa was actually sent, the provider changed. She had to pay again. Sorry if my explanation isn’t clear... After checking, the first provider is indeed the same as yours: CSRA France. It's strange that the Embassy is still recommending this company more than 6 months later!!! When you look online, it seems they're still active....😮 Have a great week!

After some research, I managed to get the direct reception at 3-5 Rue Saint-Georges, but they don’t know this company in person—it must just be a P.O. box. So no returns, and nobody knows the address or email. Have a great day!
