Is there a ferry from Koh Chang to Koh Tao or Koh Phangan?

Hi everyone! Can anyone please tell me if there’s a ferry from Koh Chang to Koh Tao/Koh Phangan in August? If not, what’s the best way to get to Koh Tao from Koh Chang? Thanks so much!
