Request for passport number by Moroccan authorities

Hi,

I’m going to a youth association this summer. They’re asking for the passport number of each participant. Is this normal? Apparently, it’s for the authorities.

Hi there,

First, you’ll need your passport to board the plane—the airline will ask for the number.

Once you’re there, your accommodation will have to fill out a police form with your passport details.

It’s also possible the organization has to provide the authorities with a list of participants, including passport numbers.

So it’s totally normal!
