No vouchers before departure to Indonesia

Hi everyone, our travel agency informed us that the accommodation vouchers and others will be given to us by our guide upon arrival, not before our departure. Does this seem normal to you?

Hi there. Vouchers are becoming less and less common in the digital age. I take two big trips a year, and over the last 15 years, I’ve only needed vouchers once—for Cuba. No need to worry—just go ahead and travel with peace of mind if your agency is well-established. Have a great trip! Eric
