Weather in the Baltic States in June

hi there we’re planning a trip to the three Baltic countries: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. What’s making us hesitate is the weather—we think June might be the best time, but is the rain still moderate, or is it a real deal-breaker for the trip? Looking forward to your tips! jean-marie

The data isn’t always up to date, but it gives you an idea. In June, the climate in the Baltic States is roughly comparable to Germany’s (a bit cooler but with the same frequency of precipitation). It rains less often there than in England, Scotland, or Norway. Of course, it’s not the Mediterranean.

I spent 10 days there in 2014—it rained for one full day and maybe two other partial days (morning or evening).
