Travelling with Children to Paris – Tips for the Eiffel Tower?

Hello everyone, I'm planning a trip to Paris this summer with my two children (6 and 10), and of course, the Eiffel Tower is at the top of our list. But I'd love some advice from parents who have been there with kids—especially on things to do at the Eiffel Tower to make it fun for the whole family. Some questions:

Is it worth going to the summit with children?

Is it possible to take the stairs, or is it better to take the elevator?

Are there any fun activities or viewpoints for kids?
