Testimonials from digital nomad freelancers

Currently a developer, I need to hear from digital nomads who are freelancers. What jobs allow you to work as a freelancer? What kind of clients do you have (mostly professionals—big or small companies—or individuals?)

developer... in IT? You’d need to specify. I hate to break it to you, but Société Générale is forcing employees back to the office and cutting remote work days. Otherwise, you’d have to go freelance or become a translator, but there’s definitely competition in those fields.

Yeah, software developer—you know any other kinds of developers? Seems like remote work isn’t as popular these days...

hi there well there are plenty of freelance websites out there, but then you’ve got to find gigs, which isn’t exactly easy. You need to put your profile on a freelancing site, list your skills, etc...
