CFC Travel Insurance Certificate

Hi there, we’re planning an Adriatic cruise in September 2025 on CFC’s Renaissance ship—we’ve already sailed with them four times. For this new cruise, when entering passenger details, we’re asked to check the box “I have taken out insurance,” which is the first time this has been required. For recent sailings on the CFC Renaissance, did they ask you for an insurance certificate? Thanks

Hello, We went on a cruise from 03/31/25 to 04/11/25 with CFC. The cruise line also asked us if we had taken out insurance; we checked "yes" since we paid for the cruise with our GOLD credit card. We had the description with us, and nothing was asked of us at embarkation. It's best to have the general terms and conditions of your insurance with you in case they're requested at embarkation.
