Hi everyone! I’m looking for 1 or more people to join a group with a local travel agency for a trip to Bolivia 🇧🇴 or Peru + Bolivia, around September 13–27, 2025 (I can adjust the dates a little).

The itinerary is already set or can be adapted based on preferences. Trekking, culture, Andean landscapes, Salar de Uyuni, and more. The agency needs a minimum number of participants to confirm the trip, so I’m looking for motivated people to share this adventure in a great atmosphere ✌️

I’m leaving on 25/09 for an undetermined period—I’ve got all the time in the world! I booked a one-way flight. I plan to arrive in Cusco and stay there for a while to explore everything (or almost everything) I didn’t get to do 13 years ago when I was still working and short on time. One thing’s for sure: I won’t be going back to MP. I went in 2012 and I’m afraid I’d be disappointed by what it’s become. After that, I’ll head down to Juliaca and then veer off toward the Colca Canyon. From there, I’ll make my way to Chile, a country I’ve never visited. Since it’s so long, I’ll explore it bit by bit as I go south. I’m not ruling out another trip to Bolivia, even though I’ve already been twice—entering through the Sud Lípez. I just love that country so much. Anyway, now you know pretty much everything! Looking forward to hearing from you. Brigitte

I went back last year, staying two nights in Aguas Calientes—two visits to MP—one in the early afternoon, staying almost until closing, and the second the next day at opening, leaving around 8 AM. The crowd was very well managed—no chaos. Access to Sun Gate is prohibited, and a separate entrance ticket is required for Huayna Picchu. I did the Inca Trail 15-20 years ago; obviously, the emotion was different. I’ll be returning to Peru on August 18th for about 20 days of independent exploration in the north of Lima.

I’ve also been to Bolivia twice and loved it, so exploring Peru and Chile while passing through Bolivia again is my plan.
