Is the Marseille Consulate authorized to handle this? - Finally, what’s the cost and processing time? 79 € or more?

Non-Maghreb nationality needing a visa in the passport before departure 😕!

Online, you only see procedures (and prices) for e-visas or American visas. The other 113 countries are invisible!

No, the departure would be for the end of the year (if the process isn’t too tedious 😛) or next year!
