Public transport between Le Hohneck and Bonhomme

Good evening everyone, Can you advise me on this? I’m looking for public transport between Le Hohneck and the village of Bonhomme, where I plan to leave my car. I’m hiking between these two points. Thanks so much for your help! Yves

Hi there, I’ll try to get back to the Col du Bonhomme -either by hitchhiking on the Route des Crêtes. -or by using the Crêtes shuttle (a bus line that runs along the Route des Crêtes). You’ll need to check the stops, operating days, and schedules carefully. It’s designed for the kind of hike you’re doing: getting back to your starting point after a hike of a few hours or a few days. I don’t know more—I’ve never taken it.

Hi there,

On this site, you can find the shuttle schedules for the Crêtes and surrounding villages. The most convenient option might be to leave your car in the town of Orbey (where I lived for 10 years) and take a shuttle to reach the crêtes.
