This will be an extraordinary adventure in April 2026 in the Kanchenjunga region with all those blooming rhododendron trees (there are 32 species in Nepal). Does your itinerary include both sides of the Kanchenjunga base camp or just the north side? Adventure!!!

Hi everyone, An extraordinary adventure completed—overall positive, despite a few inevitable hiccups on this kind of trek (let’s just say it was challenging). Best done with people who are physically and mentally tough. For timing, plan to start from April 15th—it should be less cold, we were freezing, and there should be less snow. That’s my first hot take!

I’m looking for a trek in November 2027, and the Kangchenjunga trek you did really interests me. I know the Khumbu region as well as the Manaslu and Tsum Valley areas.

I’m looking for an authentic trek, far from the crowds. Did you go with an independent guide from that region in eastern Nepal, a Kathmandu agency, or a French one? In terms of budget, what price range should I expect? Thanks for your feedback!
