Visiting the Faroe Islands in January

Hi, Has anyone ever tried the Faroe Islands in January? I know the weather won’t be great and the days will be short... but it’s tempting. I’d love to hear about your experiences. Thanks so much in advance!

I went to Tórshavn for a few days last February. The weather wasn’t that bad—pretty much like Brittany. Of course, no hiking, just urban and local sightseeing. This time of year, you can find accommodation at almost affordable rates.

We know Breton weather well—we’re from Finistère! 🙂 But if we can’t hike, it’s a bummer. Still thinking it over.
