Need my ETA for England tomorrow

I’m leaving for England tomorrow and I absolutely need to get my ETA. Problem: my phone’s camera is broken and the app requires a photo… I’m starting to panic a little—does anyone know how I can handle this? 😱

I had exactly the same problem with the official app and its camera—what a pain!

In the end, I went through the site VISAETA, https://visaeta.com/fr-fr/pages/eta-form, and it was much simpler because you can use an existing photo, the form is in French, and I received my ETA immediately.

It saved me and my family, especially when time is tight. Safe travels! !
