Victoria to Tofino, Pacific Rim, and Vancouver without a car

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to get from Victoria to Tofino without a car? (ferry? Bus?) And once in Tofino, is it easy to get to Pacific Rim Park still without a car? Also, how do you get to Vancouver from Tofino afterward? Finally, do you know of any budget-friendly accommodation in Tofino? Thanks so much for your help!

Hi there, you're right, Mathews—even though my question was more general in my other discussion (my post here was specifically about getting to Pacific Rim Park), I just went back to my other thread and reread your messages. Your answers have always been really helpful. I’ll check out the bus website you mentioned and also look into flight options. I get the feeling that bus travel is very, very long and probably not very frequent. I’d like to find a destination from either Victoria or Vancouver.

And I just checked the bus website—thanks for the link, it was really helpful! I see that I can actually get to Campbell River in about 4 hours, like you suggested, and then head to Quadra Island. Why not? I’ll look into other possible destinations too.

What I would have been more interested in is Tofino, but 6 hours by bus is a bit of a deal-breaker, especially with so little time. I'll look into flying like you all suggested. Thanks for everything.

Flights are really expensive... same as everything else.
