South Korea weather in April

/hello, coming from China-Beijing - on 07/04 we're thinking of heading to Korea for 3 weeks. First off, we'd like to know what to expect weather-wise

we just realized we won’t get our international driver’s permits before we leave. -ANTS quoted a 5-month delay!!- Is this famous international driver’s permit really essential?

we just found out we won’t get our international driving permit before we leave. - ANTS announced a 5-month delay!! -

We’ve got to look on the bright side because depending on the period, the delay can unfortunately be 8 to 9 months 😢. Personally, I think it’s outrageous that there’s such a long wait and that it’s only valid for 3 years. Since the service is free, it’s clogged up with unnecessary requests for countries that don’t even require it. If there was a guarantee of receiving it on time, they should ask for the flight ticket when applying to confirm it’s absolutely necessary.

That was my rant of the day 😢😢😢

Is this famous international driving permit really essential?

Unfortunately, yes. What’s more, they don’t even ask for the national license at Incheon or Jeju airports, where I’ve rented before. They even asked for it on Udo Island, east of Jeju, where I rented an electric tricycle.
