Looking for travelers transiting between New Delhi and Paris to transport a suitcase

Hi everyone,

I was in Delhi for work and decided to leave my suitcase there so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation in Southeast Asia. However, my flight from Bangkok to Delhi, scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday, October 5th), was rescheduled, and I’ll miss my connection to Paris. When I looked at flights, I realized that the Bangkok-Paris flight costs half as much as the new Bangkok-Delhi flight (with a different airline).

So here’s my question (a shot in the dark): Is anyone traveling between Delhi and Paris in the next few days? Would it be possible to pick up my suitcase in Delhi’s hold (I’ll pay the extra fee) and bring it to Paris?

I thought about having it shipped, but I need it fairly quickly, and I don’t trust the delivery times. Plus, the costs are outrageous.

You’d really have to be pretty bold to agree to carry a stranger’s suitcase—especially when they just created a VF account solely to make this rather unusual request...

Hence the message in a bottle. Creating an account to find someone. I didn’t really have any other places to turn.

I’m not expecting someone to unconsciously reply "Yes." I think this could only happen under specific conditions, with contact exchanges beforehand, a call, or something similar.

But I totally get it.

Without any prior contact or anything, I actually completely agree.

Regarding the suitcase, it’s definitely the simplest mission.

I don’t necessarily expect positive responses, but I’d still prefer to try. You never know...

The problem is that even with a contact who’s supposed to build trust, you’ll never be certain about what’s inside the suitcase. So who’d want to risk prison based on the word of a stranger if it turns out to contain something illegal?

Two French nationals are currently imprisoned in Turkey for carrying a stranger’s suitcase after being told they could trust them completely.

Consider yourselves warned, daredevils...

hi, is your suitcase filled with banknotes like rubles or Turkish liras? It's pointless because those bills are only worth the paper they're printed on. And if you want to put gold bars in it, you risk getting your suitcase stolen. Oh, and tax evasion isn’t cool—it’s illegal and punishable by law. You’d be better off buying bitcoins.
