Hey, you didn’t mention if your accommodation is a hotel. If it is, almost all of them have a really cheap shuttle (you can book it with your reservation). I took one recently, and even though my hotel wasn’t fancy at all (more like a basic place), it worked great. Otherwise, like everywhere, there are official taxis at arrivals. Personally, I always ask for the fare before getting in and negotiate if the price seems too high (that way, no surprises or scams).

three kilometers—what’s a fair price for 3 kilometers? You’ll find dozens of taxis on-site, and the rates are posted at the airport. There’s bound to be an honest driver in the bunch who’ll take you for the posted price (the sign is old). The cheapest option is the buses. Look for "Daka Dem Dik." You’ll find the schedules. They run all day. I’m not sure if they go through Diass, but it’s inexpensive. Last resort: the police. But when it comes to honesty, don’t count on it.
