Registration issue for Cape Verde

Hi, I’m leaving for Cape Verde on 11/24/2025... I tried to register on the site www.ease.gov.cv (so more than 5 days before departure). I can’t get past the email verification step (I never receive the code). I’ve tried several browsers and all 3 languages—nothing works...

Any ideas?

Hi there, this kind of bug happens sometimes.

Maybe try with another browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.) or from a computer if you were on a phone? Also check if the code didn’t end up in your spam or junk mail.

If not, give it another shot another day. And if it really doesn’t work, no worries: you can complete the process on arrival. It might just take a little longer, but that’s all. Marie

Yes, 30.83 € is what shows up on my account for 3400 CVE.
