Where is the French colonial cemetery in Pondicherry?

Hello my fellow globetrotters, could anyone tell me how to find the French colonial cemetery in Pondicherry? It seems tricky to locate.

Hi, after searching on Google Maps, I located the "Old Colonial Cemetery" south of the French Quarter. There seem to be two other French cemeteries in the area, but you're probably referring to the first one.

Hello, There are two colonial cemeteries in Pondicherry facing each other. One is right next to the local cemetery. They’re located in Netajinagar 2. Not far from Pondicherry train station, there’s a water tower and a local electricity office (EDF). There’s a big street that starts from there toward Mudaliarpet. They’re about two-thirds of the way along.

Do you need a favor? I’m leaving this month, at the end of November (25th). I live just two streets away from there.

Not at all, but I love history and photography. And you?

I have family there. However, I’m not sure about the condition of the photos. It’s been abandoned for a long time.

That might actually be the effect the photographer was going for.

It's located in Uppalam, south of Pondy, after Volontariat and the big stadium.
