Can you visit Lichfield National Park independently from Darwin?

Is it possible to visit the park for a day by round-trip bus from Darwin without going through a tour operator? Thanks for your answers! Elisabeth

Hi, No, it’ll be either a guided tour or a self-drive trip. I read this on https://travelaustraliatoday.com/nt/litchfield-national-park/ Unfortunately, public transport isn’t an option. There’s no bus from Darwin to Litchfield National Park, for example. And even if there were, you wouldn’t be able to get around to the different areas once you’re there.
