Transport and Tour Operator for Phang Nga Bay Excursion from Phuket

Hello Forum, we’ve planned a trip to Thailand in January 2027, including an excursion to Phang Nga Bay from Phuket. - Could anyone recommend a local tour operator that offers boat excursions?

-Is it worth taking a BUS to Phang Nga Bay from Phuket and then catching a boat locally? Which BUS should we take?

Hello, We’re going in February 2026, and we’ve planned this excursion from Koh Yao Noi (3 nights) specifically to avoid having to cross Phuket in the morning. I’ll let you know in March if it was a good idea or not.

In touristy Thai cities with lots of agencies offering the same excursion, it’s common for them to pool their clients on the day to cut costs and boost profits when they haven’t managed to fill up the tour.
