Which all-inclusive hotels in Mexico for a wedding anniversary?

Adjou · 2025-12-05

Hi everyone, happy to be back on this site. I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol) 1. All-inclusive 2. Adults-only 3. Beautiful beach and pool 4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels") 5. One-week stay in February 2026 6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace

Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Thanks to all of you for your recommendations! Adjou

Hello, "Mexico" is a bit vague. Where do you want to go? In Cancun, there are still some beautiful hotels with pools and your feet in the water.

Hi Mathews, Thanks for your message, and sorry for the late reply—I’m currently in Montreal and pretty busy with the kids. Anyway, moving on, I’ve made progress on the Mexico topic, and based on friends’ advice, I booked the RUY Latino hotel in Costa Mujeres.

Have you heard of it? I hope they gave me good advice for a first trip to Mexico. Thanks for any tips or suggestions! Best regards, Adjou

Hi Adjou, sorry but I don’t know that spot near Cancun. Generally, even though it’s very touristy, there are still some paradise-like places near Cancun. You’re rarely disappointed 🙂 Best regards too

Hi there, Well, the Riu Latino isn’t *that* bad, honestly. Personally, I’d have suggested the Riu Tequila near Playa del Carmen—you’d also get access to two other nearby Riu resorts, the Yucatan and the Playacar, for activities and pool buffets, etc., except for à la carte restaurants. I’m a repeat guest at Riu hotels, and I recommend downloading the free Riu app. It lets you plan your week by seeing everything available at your hotel. Every Friday, there’s a huge party at Riu resorts. Hopefully, you’ll get the Neon Party; otherwise, it’ll be the White Party. The app and your dates will tell you which one you’ll have. Have a great trip!
