All-inclusive French-speaking hotel in Sharm El Sheikh

I’m looking into November (first, will it be warm enough for snorkeling in Sharm El Sheikh?) and especially for feedback on hotels. I’ve read that the clientele is mostly Italian or Russian. Are there any French-speaking hotels—or at least mixed ones? We’re a retired couple and are looking for a hotel around 1,000 € per week. We’ll be in Cairo beforehand and will take a domestic flight.
