Madrid (ES) - Santa Cruz de la Sierra (BO) with pets on BOA or AirEuropa

We’re planning a trip to Santa Cruz de la Sierra with our pets. We’ve seen a lot of really negative reviews about BOA and AirEuropa, but it looks like the options are limited.

So, I’m looking for recent firsthand experiences with these two airlines—especially if you’ve traveled with animals.

Hi there, I’m currently in Bolivia and arrived with BOA. I’ve seen quite a few travelers with their small pets in carriers. Bolivians seem to be getting more and more pets these days. That said, I’m not sure how it works if it’s a big dog. On another note, in some cities there are a lot of stray dogs, which can be tricky if you have a big dog you can’t carry. Safe travels.
