What currency should I bring to Punta Cana?

USD, but if you're coming from Europe, euros work too. Don’t exchange money at the airport in the middle of nowhere—the exchange rate is better elsewhere. Some French locals there told me that. We’re leaving on Friday. Have a great trip!
