Looking for quiet accommodation in Longji Rice Terraces

We’re planning a trip to China for two at the beginning of April and want to spend 2 nights in the Longji Rice Terraces—either in Dazhai, Tiantouzhaï, or Ping'an. I’ve seen that most of the hotels are made of bamboo, and you can hear every little noise. Since my husband is a very light sleeper, he’d really like to be sure he’ll get a good night’s rest. Can you recommend any quiet, well-soundproofed hotels in the area?

I stayed several nights in Tiantouzhai last summer. It’s really quiet because there are no roads in the village, so no traffic at all. Plus, it’s absolutely stunning! !

I don’t remember it being noisy, but it’s true that if you stay next to a Chinese family, it can get really loud. Opt for a hotel rather than a guesthouse and bring earplugs—it can help if needed.
