Buying a studio in Miami and moving there to work

I’m considering moving to Miami to live and work for a few years.

If anyone knows what the administrative formalities are—both for getting a work permit and for the steps and reputable organizations to contact (since I imagine there are scammers in this space) when buying a studio in Miami or Miami Beach—I’d love any info you can share!

Hi! For real estate, you can check out the Century 21 website, for example. Just a heads-up—cost of living is pretty high in Miami. As for visas, you’ll need to look into it because, for example, an H-1B visa can apparently cost $100,000. So, moving to the U.S. means first getting a residency permit, which isn’t a sure thing, and then it can get pretty expensive.
