Looking for a travel partner for Northern India in January and February 2027

I’ve already visited Southern India. Next up is Northern India for 2 months, from Gujarat all the way to Delhi, passing through Madhya Pradesh, Kolkata, Bengal, Bihar, Punjab, and Rajasthan. My itinerary is still in the works.

Hello Brigitte and Eve, Northern India is magnificent, with many small mountain ranges like the Aravallis and Mount Abu. I recommend Annie Sorrel’s guide from Olizane editions for visiting Rajasthan. At Mount Abu, ask for Charli Mahendradan’s services—we hiked with him for three days in the mountains, and he’s a wealth of knowledge. Unforgettable! The same goes for Gujarat: few Europeans, but it’s stunning—different cultures, ethnicities, and landscapes. We visited these two states in January and February 2025. We’ll be in the south from January to March 2027 and in Nepal in April. Wishing you a wonderful adventure! Sylvie and Gilles
