Hello, my fiancé and I submitted our application for the marriage capacity certificate in Yaoundé. My fiancé attended the hearing, and so did I. The banns were published at his local town hall. My banns were published at my local town hall. While we were waiting for the marriage capacity certificate, my fiancé received a letter saying the file had been sent to the prosecutor in Nantes, and it’s been over a month with no news—no call from the police or gendarmerie for a hearing, just radio silence. What should we do, please?
