I started noticing super itchy bites on my skin, and when I checked under the sheets, I found them. This is a complete nightmare and frankly, it’s a massive health hazard. I took a photo of the mattress so you can see for yourself: I need someone from management to deal with this right now. I expect a full refund for my stay, and I need to be moved immediately—either to a completely clean, inspected room or you need to pay for my booking at another hotel. Look, I really don’t want to make a huge scene or ruin your hotel's reputation, but if this isn't sorted out and compensated within the next hour, I won't have a choice. I will post these photos everywhere—TripAdvisor, Google, Booking.com—and I'll be contacting the local health department to report this infestation. Please get back to me immediately before I take this further.
