Exploring France by train from Reims

Hey, if you want to explore France, you shouldn’t take the Intercités trains but TERs instead. Intercités are trains with a surcharge that go from big city to big city. Then, "exploring France" is a bit vague since the regions in this country are so different. The south, the north?
