Getting around by public transport and accommodation for a trip to Armenia

I’m traveling solo to Armenia in mid-September for three weeks, and I’ll be using public transport. I have a few questions: - Does Yandex work everywhere, even in villages? I’m looking for: - Nice guesthouse addresses in the north (national park) and the south, including the village of Ararat, and a simple but clean hotel in Yerevan that’s convenient for getting to the bus stations later. - Any great tips or advice you can share.
Actually, I’m a bit worried I’ll be stuck only visiting tourist sites without a car. What do you think? Thanks for your help
