Travel companions for Ladakh or Dharamsala, exploring Tibetan Buddhism

Hi, I’d like to go on a trip of about 14 days to Ladakh, with Dharamsala or Nepal as possible alternatives. One of my goals is to authentically explore Tibetan Buddhism: understand its principles, attend one or a few teachings, visit monasteries, and if possible, meet a monk or teacher. I’d like to dedicate a significant part of the trip to discovering local life: villages, families, cuisine, culture, nature, and interacting with the locals. Is anyone planning a similar trip in the near future? I’m looking for someone who could join me. Whether we meet there or travel together from France. Thanks a lot.
