Tuléar: looking for a furnished apartment in the city center

Hi, I’m looking for a small apartment or studio for two people with a kitchen, air conditioning, and a caretaker, in central Tuléar. I need a furnished apartment in the center of Tuléar from mid-October for 20 days. I’m not looking for anything luxurious—just a simple but clean place. I’ve already contacted several real estate agencies in Toliara, but no luck. Could anyone give me a private address? Thanks for the info.
