Bolivia: Travel companions for Oruro Carnival in February 2027

Hello, I’m Anne, 70 years old, I live in Cannes, in the south of France, and I’m especially fond of carnivals. I’ve already been to those in Brazil (Rio, Salvador de Bahia), the one in Colombia (Barranquilla), and a few in Europe. I’d love to experience the one in Bolivia (Oruro), which is very famous—it takes place from February 4th to 9th. Since it’s not the best time to visit this region, I’ll continue on to either Chile or northern Argentina (Salta, etc.). Anyone interested? I know it’s a bit last-minute... but I’m giving it a shot, otherwise I’ll go alone through an agency. Thanks for your replies, and happy travels to everyone!
