Looking for Second-Hand Bikes and Gear (panniers, etc.)

We’re arriving in Bogotá in January 2027 and want to get set up with road bikes, panniers, and a trailer for our 3-year-old daughter. Our plan is to cycle all the way to Chile with the trailer!! We’re looking for second-hand gear or good spots in Colombia to kit ourselves out. Thanks
