Brazil-based travel agency for logistical organization

For our trip next summer (tentative plan: Rio-Iguazu-Salvador plus a few days at the beach), we're thinking of doing it independently, but I don’t want to waste energy or time on logistics. So I’m looking for an agency that can handle bookings and transfers for us (excluding international flights—I’ve got those covered). Have any of you had good experiences with an agency like this? It’s tough to find one online that doesn’t push guides or tours 😕
