La nouvelle vient de tomber et concerne tous les ressortissants des Visa Waiver Countries (1) qui voudront se rendre aux USA pour une durée de moins de 90 jours: ils devront obligatoirement s'enregistrer au sur le site internet

Les "volontaires" pourront commencer à s'enregistrer à partir du 1er août prochain et ce sera obligatoire pour tous à partir du 12 janvier 2009.
