enfait il y a un hopital français a Istanbul qui s'appelle "la paix". je ne sais pas si vous pouvez directement communiquer a un francophone mais essayez,

sinon il y a aussi un centre a Bakirkoy, y compris des maison de rehabilitation privée qui seront un peu cheres.
