Faire son visa pour la Chine à Luang Prabang?

sabaidii J aimerais savoir si il y a possibilite de faire son visa chinois a partir de luang prabang (via agence par exemple). On va devoir rester a vientiane ou environs pendant + d 1 semaine pour faire le visa indien voila pourquoi j aimerai pouvoir passer du temps pres de luang prabang, bien + sympathique a mon gout, que de rester 4 jours de + a vientiane.
