Krabi Airline (or Kair) is a newly formed Thai airline, that is due to start commercial service in February 2009. Krabi Airline's state of operations has been repeatedly delayed, with flights initially scheduled to start on November 1, 2007. As of December 2008, its first scheduled flight is to land at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen on the 21st of February 2009. Kair will start flying to its second destination, Munich Airport, on the 24th of February 2009. Both will originate at the newly refurbished Krabi Airport K-Air will operate Boeing 747-400 aircraft and also plans to start Boeing 777 service. The B747-400 that Kair will use has 40 Business seats and 350 Economy seats. In addition, Kair will operate a Boeing 767 as a "back-up" aircraft, if the 747 experiences technical problems. Kair will use a Boeing 767-300ER instead of the Boeing 747-400 for the months of February 2009
