Grand Playa Turquesa

J'ai décidé de prendre le devant et de m'informer directement à Occidental-hotels, la chaîne à qui appartient le Grand Playa Turquesa et voici les réponses que j'ai eu.

Concernant les moustiques:

The area in which the resort is located is sprayed twice a day with a natural product to avoid mosquito's. Due to the tropical environment there will always be mosquito's but the spray twice a day will help. It will also help to bring a spray of your own with you.

Encore concernant les moustiques et les 3 restaurants à la carte:

Since November the property has been sprayed twice a day. There are currently 2 "a la carte" restaurants and there will be a 3rd but it will not open until next season.

Concernant la plage, les resto (encore) et aussi l'odeur du premier étage:

Regarding the beach, the beach is constantly being cleaned. Should there be any algae on the beach at any time, it will be cleaned. Once you are at the hotel you may inquire about dining more than once at the "a la carte" restaurants. Depending on availability, the hotel may be able to accommodate this request. According to the hotel there is no strange scents coming from the 1st flr.

Alors j'espère que ceci répond un peu a vos questions. Je peux vous dire que plus je lis sur cet hotel, plus j'ai hate d'y aller.

Bonjour, moi aussi j'ai contacté occidental qui a envoyé ma question directement aux relations publiques de l'hotel et voici leur réponse:

Beach Bar is not open but in the restaurant Bucanero, near from the beach we have a bar working from 09:30 to 17:00hrs/ The hotel has two retaurant a la carte allready working, Italian and Mediterranean, and creole restaurant will be open in few days/ Mosquitoes problem was in the beginin because of the season / The hotel has not problems with the electricity and apart from that we have an emergency plat in the hotel in case of emergency. J'ai aussi contactée air transat qui m'assure n'avoir reçu aucunes plaintes et leurs employés, qui ont visité l'hotel, disent qu'il est superbe. Alors, j'apporte de la lotion solaire et anti-moustique et je suis certaine que ce sera un très beau voyage.... il fera plus chand qu'ici de toute façon c'est certain 😉
